Whenever possible the interpreters will get in touch with the clients beforehand to familiarise themselves with the event and ask for support material on the matters to be discussed so as to ensure a fluent and high quality interpretation.

b. We will reply within 48 hours.
Acceptance
a. We must receive your acceptance of our quote at least one week in advance of the event and in writing;
b. After you have accepted our quote we will ask you for support material so that our interpreters are fully prepared.
Delivery
a. After the event we look forward to receiving our client’s feedback.
